With in-depth knowledge and nearly ten years of experience as a corporate administrator, Louiza joined Lefcos Clerides and Sons in 2023 as the Head of Corporate Administration. She assists with the incorporation and management of companies, trusts and other entities both in Cyprus and abroad and advises clients on various aspects of commercial and financial transactions.

Collaborating closely with auditors, accountants, and bankers, Louiza undertakes due diligence, handles all procedures, and submits documents to the Registrar of Companies. She advises on corporate governance and regulatory compliance, including employment and immigration laws and procedures. Louiza’s work involves all stages of the corporate life cycle — from incorporation, through to administration, to dissolution or liquidation.

Trained as a barrister and solicitor, Louiza obtained her LLB degree from the European University of Cyprus and is studying towards an LLM degree. She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
